It started with a question we kept hearing: "Why didn't anyone teach me this?" Young adults asking how to file taxes. Teenagers wondering how to navigate a first interview. Kids who needed someone to talk to about more than just grades.
Glenn Manor Life Prep was founded to answer that question — to be the village that prepares young people for the real, full, sometimes-hard work of being human. We meet teens where they are: in schools, community centers, churches, and living rooms.
What started as a few weekend workshops has grown into a year-round program of mentorship, classes, and community — but our heart is the same. We're here to walk alongside youth, not ahead of them.
To equip youth and teenagers with the skills, mentors, and confidence to navigate adulthood with purpose.
A generation of young people who walk into adulthood prepared, supported, and convinced that their lives matter.
Relational, practical, and rooted in respect. We don't lecture — we listen, equip, and walk alongside.
Every young person deserves respect, not pity.
Community is the curriculum. Connection comes first.
We expect more — because we believe more is possible.
Doing what we said we'd do, when we said we'd do it.
A small team and a big village of mentors, volunteers, and partners.
