Real skills. Real mentors. Real life.

Financial Literacy

From a first paycheck to a first apartment, we teach money skills that stick. Topics include budgeting, saving, credit scores, debt, taxes, banking, and the basics of investing. Workshops are hands-on — students leave with their own working budget.

Ages: 14–22  |  Format: 6-week course, twice yearly

Career & College Prep

Resume building, mock interviews, college essay coaching, FAFSA help, and career exploration with local professionals. We connect young people to career paths beyond the four they hear about most.

Ages: 15–19  |  Format: Year-round cohorts, 1:1 coaching

Mental Health & Wellness

A safe space to talk about anxiety, identity, family, friendship, and the full weight of being a teenager today. Led by trained facilitators, with referrals to professional support when needed. We don't replace therapy — we make it less scary to ask for help.

Ages: 12–22  |  Format: Weekly small groups

Mentorship Program

One-on-one matches between caring, vetted adult mentors and young people who need someone in their corner. Mentors commit to one year minimum and meet at least twice a month.

Ages: 13–18  |  Format: Year-round, 1:1 matches

Life Skills 101

The stuff that doesn't fit in any school subject: cooking a real meal, basic car maintenance, doing laundry, voting, renting an apartment, navigating healthcare, communicating clearly, and showing up on time.

Ages: 14–22  |  Format: Monthly workshops

Service & Leadership

Service projects in the community paired with leadership development. Students plan, lead, and reflect — building confidence and learning that they have something to give, not just receive.

Ages: 15–22  |  Format: Quarterly projects
